Our energy solutions harness renewable energy sources while ensuring reliable power supply, enhancing energy security, and promoting sustainability. Our approach supports diverse applications, from remote communities to industrial sites, enabling energy independence and efficient resource utilization.
      Landfill gas
Using landfill gas as fuel in gas-fired generator sets is an effective method for harnessing organic resources. Liyu's high-quality engine components are designed to withstand common impurities found in landfill gas, enhancing exhaust gas management and addressing emissions challenges, thereby maximizing economic energy utilization.
      LIYU'S Solution
Landfill gas are collected and placed in a pretreatment tank for catalytic thermal decomposition, resulting in landfill gas primarily composed of methane. The gas undergoes cooling and purification processes to produce high-quality landfill gas, which is then stored in a gas storage tank.

Through pressurization, the landfill gas is transported to the cylinder of the Liyu gas internal combustion engine, where it is burned to generate electricity. The high-temperature cracking process produces carbon-based fertilizer, which can be returned to the fields for agricultural use. Additionally, the exhaust gas from the generator can be recycled, and the waste heat generated can be utilized in the initial processes, creating a sustainable cycle of energy regeneration and addressing organic solid waste disposal effectively.

      The Main Types Of Biogas
Biogas is produced through the anaerobic fermentation of organic matter and can be classified based on its source:
      ?
      • Biogas: This type of biogas comes from materials such as feces, kitchen waste, straw, and by-products from alcohol production, slaughterhouses, and paper mills. It generally contains 55-60% CH4 and minor amounts of H2S. Other organic materials like corn silage, rice straw, wheat straw, and various leaves can also be used.
      • Landfill Gas: Generated from the decomposition of waste in landfills, this biogas also contains about 55-60% CH4 along with some H2S. Anaerobic bacteria in the landfill produce biogas as waste decomposes in the absence of air.
      • Sewage Treatment Gas: Produced during the treatment of urban sewage, this biogas comes from the anaerobic digestion of sludge collected from sedimentation tanks.
